We don't take these commitments lightly. If you find yourself in disagreement with any specific clause, we kindly ask that you cease usage of our freight and warehousing platforms immediately.

Our team maintains the right to modify these terms at any given time. We'll post updates here. Your continued partnership after 30 days of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised protocols. Why would we settle for anything less than complete alignment?

2. Logistical Operations

We facilitate complex supply chain movements. While we strive for 100% precision, logistics involves variables like weather, port congestion, and mechanical maintenance. You'll recognize that scheduled delivery dates are estimates provided for planning purposes.

• Freight quotes expire after 14 days unless otherwise specified.
• Proper hazardous materials disclosure is the shipper's responsibility.
• We operate under standard bill of lading conditions for all domestic hauls.

3. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Palmetto Supply Chain Consulting Group, LLC, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, or special damages. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, data, or site utility. Our cargo liability is generally limited based on the classification of the freight and industry standards.

Have you considered additional cargo insurance for high-value shipments? We highly recommend it for any high-risk SKU transit.
